Dutch Lite Bets

Afternoon card Dutch Frames.
just the 3 no: potential Dutch Frames I am looking at today

Quick review of a quiet day.
  • If we compare the original screen shot with the results below there were 3no: listed bets early - but eventually I took on 4 no: bets near the off

12;30 Redcar - I swerved this race because it had 6 or 7 first time out runners. Normally I check the numbers on those horses that have had a run. If they are below average (par for the type of race) I swerve the bet unless the top of the market is newcomers. In the last week or so of the season I decided best to leave alone although there was a well supported first time out fav. which took the race comfortably. Normally I would have taken this bet on.

13;20 Exeter - Listed and went to right result.

14;40 Southwell - listed as an 8 runner Dutch Frame. Near the off there was no Price Gap on the frame so became a No Bet. Eighth in market took the race - Dutch bet would have just scraped home!

14;50 Exeter - this novice chase market tightened up and became a firm additional bet near the race time.

16;10 Southwell - this maiden race market also tightened up & the new 6 runner frame was an ok bet near the off.

16;40 Wolv - Listed and went to right result.

Leaving the situation with 2 no: wins on the early listed races but 4no: ATO.
The only way you can check additional bets ATO is to go through the posts on the IP chart and checking the revised Dutch Frame Book Value.

If the frame has increased in size near the off - this will always remain a Live Bet.
If the available Frame has decreased in size then a checkoff the IP chart is the best way to make a revised decision.
